Anemarrhena asphodeloides, Pueraria lobata, and Sophora japonica are three revered plants in traditional Chinese medicine. For centuries, their roots and buds have been used in traditional Chinese medicine to harmonize internal balance, soothe overactivity, and support natural regulation.
